Originally from Shanghai, Jialu has been actively involved in the acquisition, operation, marketing, development, and disposition of multifamily apartments. Jialu’s role also includes overseeing and coordination with all Asian business partners and investors. As an attorney, Jialu has great experience in solving many legal and business issues for us and our Asian investors. Since 2013, he has raised over $110 million from Asian investors with the acquisition of over 5,400 apartment units, valued over $760 million. Jialu has an outstanding academic background. He received his JD and LLM from Washington University in St Louis. He also has an LLM from University of San Francisco and an LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law.
